Estella (in Euskera Lizarra, and both co-official) is a municipality and a English city in the middle west of Navarre, head of merindad, the judicial district No. 1 of Navarra and call county Estella or Lizarrerria. Estella Estafeta has been throughout the eighteenth, nineteenth and twentieth centuries, the third administration of Navarra in importance after the Pamplona and Tudela. And it was the post office Carlist Navarra.
